We need a truth and reconciliation commission about the handling of Covid, the Chinese Virus. Have crimes against humanity been committed?

There are 7.8 billion people on this planet. Since the virus was unleashed last November/December, approximately 1.5 million people have died. Thankfully, few are children. Sadly, many are elderly. In the Spanish Flu epidemic in 1918, 60 million people died.

I suggest the response to Covid by our political and scientific leaders is a prime example of “moral hazard.” A moral hazard is a circumstance or decision in which one party can take risks because they do not have to endure the consequences of their actions. While citizens of all countries are told what they can and cannot do, when they can work, how they can work, or worship, or a walk outside or visit family and friends, leaders, political and scientific, promoting lockdowns will not be adversely affected. They continue to receive their paychecks, while others lose their entire income and end up at food banks.

Every politician, every medical expert must be held to account for the decisions they made and the destruction they have caused. The collateral damage. The Crimes against Humanity.

We get to listen to self-righteous leaders and doctors explain to us all day, every day, why it is in our best interests to shut down the economy and stop going to houses of worship, or attend school, while Walmart stays open and Casinos get up and running. It’s in our best interests, they say, and they feel so bad.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, self-appointed Emperor of all things Covid, never sat down with the hundreds of infectious disease epidemiologists and public health scientists of the Barrington Declaration who have shared their grave concerns about the damaging physical and mental health impacts of the prevailing COVID-19 policies.  The collateral damage includes the breakdown of the family; from mental illness, suicide, drug addiction, child abuse and wife abuse and sadly, to divorce. Who will care for children when their parents fall apart?

According to the CDC, during June 24–30, 2020, U.S. adults reported considerably elevated adverse mental health conditions associated with COVID-19. Younger adults, racial/ethnic minorities, essential workers, and unpaid adult caregivers reported having experienced disproportionately worse mental health outcomes, increased substance use, and elevated suicidal ideation. It’s now late October.

And now Big Tech, like Facebook and Twitter are CENSORING differing opinions, including those of Dr. Scott Atlas, a doctor on President Trump’s Covid Commission. What are they hiding? What do they gain from concealing facts, shutting down diverse opinions, like Dr, Atlas’?

The ‘public faces of health’, Atlas believes, ‘have killed people… They have destroyed people because they instilled fear and they instilled the impetus for the wrong policy… This is going to go down as one of the epic tragedies in the history of public policy.’

How many people died and will die because of Fauci’s intransigence?

Crimes against humanity.

We hear all about the effects of lockdowns on poor and minority populations, yet that has not changed the policies of lockdown, and shut down. Governments in Paris, London, and Canberra have imposed lockdowns that disproportionately affect poorer, often minority-dominated areas. The economic and social impacts have been so harsh that more medical experts are now calling for an end to lockdowns, reasoning that the economic and social damage is worse than the disease.

Crimes against humanity.

In its most recent analysis, the World Bank predicted that the global economy will shrink by 5.2 percent in 2020, with developing countries overall seeing their incomes fall for the first time in 60 years. The United Nations predicts that the pandemic recession could plunge as many as 420 million people into extreme poverty, defined as earning less than $2 a day. The disruption will be particularly notable in the poorest countries. The UN has forecast that Africa could have 30 million more people in poverty. No mask will help these people. A study by the International Growth Centre spoke of “staggering” implications with 9.1 percent of the population descending into extreme poverty as savings are drained, with two-thirds of this due to lockdown. The loss of remittances has cost developing economies billions more income.

How many innocent people will die because of the lockdowns?

Crimes against humanity.

Governor of New York State, Andrew Cuomo, gets his cheque despite the fact that his policies, not the President’s, his policies, killed elderly people in elder care homes. He’s not the only politician guilty of this. Less than 1% of America’s population lives in long-term care facilities, but as of October 15, 2020, this tiny fraction of the country accounts for 41% of US COVID-19 deaths. New York State officials assert that approximately 6,400 nursing home residents died in the pandemic, an absolute amount that was second only to New Jersey, but a total that represents only about one in five of the overall death toll from COVID in New York. However, the New York tally only counts those individuals who actually died in the nursing home — and excludes those who may have contracted the disease in the long-term care facility, but died elsewhere — contrary to how most other states have reported COVID-19 deaths.

The elderly in Cuomo’s care not only died, they were isolated from their families while they died alone. And the abandonment of our elderly has taken place all over America and the world.  Imagine your father or your grandmother lying in bed, incapable of getting up or feeding themselves, abandoned, calling for family, and dying an undignified death, all alone.

Crimes against humanity.

More than 1.5 million New Yorkers can’t afford food, and standing in long lines at food banks is now too common amid the pandemic: the result of the policies from the Governor, yet Cuomo is still out and about and even wrote a book about his successful policies regarding Covid. Perhaps he will make even more money from his moral and ethical failure.

His constituents aren’t terribly happy about his policies and new book as they placed 6500 covers of his book in a casket.

Protesters who lost loved ones to coronavirus in nursing homes demand accountability from Gov. Cuomo outside the Cobble Hill Health Center in Brooklyn on Sunday.

Crimes against humanity.

In countries all over the world, politicians with their side kick physicians have decided that it is proper to shut down a city because a few did not follow the rules. Restaurants allowed to open broke the rules. Rather than punish these restaurants or bars, everyone was punished – from the small mom and pop to the finer diners.   So the majority is being punished because of actions by the minority. More people default, go under, are bankrupt. This is democracy?

Crimes against humanity.

Is it acceptable that the most vulnerable suffer while government leaders from Nancy Pelosi to California Governor Newsome, Michigan Governor Whitmer, Chicago Mayor Lighthouse, now declaring a  two-week “business curfew,” the mayors of Portland and Seattle (Democrats all)  live their lives in their mansions on high, in great comfort, while telling us, the mere mortals, that this is all in our best interest, as they wipe away crocodile tears from their cheeks?

Crimes against humanity.

And then there is the revival of the oldest libel of all-the blood libel against the Jews, right out of the anti-Semitic playbook scapegoating the Jews, as shared by the Governor of New York: the Orthodox Jews are spreading the virus. Not Antifa and BLM looters, or the BLM protesters, or looters, or those in the Women’s March in Washington or the Muslims on their day of Ashura in New York City.

Crimes against humanity.

It is time to hold these sanctimonious, pompous politicians and medical experts to account. Bring them before a tribunal – a Truth and Reconciliation Tribunal – and make them provide the facts that led them to the draconian shut down of the West. If their decisions over the past year prove a moral hazard, then jail them for crimes against humanity.
