The Eternal will be at war against Amalek throughout the ages for this cowardly attack on His people.
Hamas, the Amalekites of today, are evil, bestial, monstrous cowards who feed on those who can least defend themselves. Nothing has changed over the millennia.
I owe my readers an apology. I thought #obAMALEK was the Amalek of the 21st century. Seems I was too hasty. He still may be the “leader,” but it seems the Hamas/Gazans are the reincarnation of the tribe of Amalek: the tribe who took down the weakest of the Israelites fleeing Pharaoh. I had hoped that the Holocaust would be the end of the tribe of Amalekites – but I was wrong as were millions of others. Never Again has happened again, and millions upon millions of people stand with the Amalekites. That explains why in a world of 8 billion people, only 15 million are Jews.
For those who do not know the story of Amalek, let me share.
Amalek was a descendent of Esau, Jacob’s brother. Jacob whose name became Israel. Sadly, Jew against Jew is not new.
As leader of the tribe, Amalek chose to attack the weakest of the Israelites; the women, children, and the sick, as they escaped across the desert away from the oppressor, Pharaoh, who had enslaved them in work camps (concentration camps) for 400 years. The attack was a vicious surprise. These are the actions of cowards; not the first nor the last, but cowards who went after the weakest.
Following the attack God promised to completely wipe out the memory of Amalek from the earth, and to wage an eternal war with Amalek in every generation. God swore that His name and throne would not be complete until Amalek was destroyed. The evil of Amalek was and is so great that the Torah tells us to obliterate the nation of Amalek and to never forget the evil deeds Amalek committed. His evil was so great that we are told in the Torah that wiping out Amalek meant leaving no trace of Amalek’s existence. “Nothing,” explain the sages, “could serve as a reminder of Amalek’s name—not even an animal about which it could be said, ‘This animal belonged to Amalek.”
It was the same tribe that King Saul battled hundreds of years later but, defying God’s command to destroy all of them, men, women, children, and animals, he spared their King, Agag, and with him, evil carried on hiding underground only to resurface. Saul could not wipe out the weakest. But, his inability to listen to God to destroy EVIL has led to the return of Amalek through time.
And today we are living with 21st century Amalekites, who, like their predecessors, go after the weakest; babies, women, children the elderly and even managed to take Holocaust survivors as hostages. Holocaust. The previous attack by the Amalekites under their King Hitler. Hitler – beloved by the Muslims. The photographs of Haj Amin al-Husseini, the grand mufti of Jerusalem, meeting with Adolf Hitler, or the wartime catchphrase “Allah above us in heaven, and Hitler with us on earth” testify to the strength of Muslims’ identification with the Nazi view of Jews.
The world responded to Nazism with firepower and then declared Nazis and white supremacists as evil. Yet, these same people give a pass to Islam?
We are told over and over, Never Again, Never Forget. Not only has the world forgotten the evil of Amalek and his tribe of Amalekites, the Jews have forgotten. God brought us back to our legal and historical homeland – Israel, but rather than defend the Jews, and Israel today, too many are standing with those who call for the eradication of Israel. “Kill the Jews”, “Destroy Israel” – the same outcome.
This happens when we give evil a pass. Chassidic philosophy explains that Amalek represents the pinnacle of evil, the ability to “know G‑d and intentionally rebel.” Most evil can be combated by arguments of reason; not so Amalek. He cynically scoffs at every reason to do good, sowing doubt and confusion.
We witnessed the work of the Amalekites October 7. On October 7th, 2023, Hamas launched an unprovoked terrorist campaign within Israeli borders, murdering more than 1,300 Israeli civilians and military personnel, injuring thousands more, and abducting upwards of 200 Israeli hostages, including infants, children, men, women, and the elderly into Gaza.
Yet, despite the videos and the first person commentaries, Main Stream Media and Jew haters around the world tried to deny the facts; as their ancestors had done during the time of the Holocaust.
Hamas barbarians shared their actions.
“Hamas ordered us to crush their heads and cut them off [and] to cut their legs.” And were granted permission to rape a girl’s corpse.
New York Sun reporter Dovid Efune shared an X post about the baby found dead in an oven, and Gaza-based professor Refaat Alareer mocked the murder by asking, “With or without baking powder?” in a reply tweet.

General Eisenhower was so shocked by the evil committed by the Nazis that he called on all to photograph the concentration camps and the evil committed. He said no one would believe the stories without photos. He was right then and his words are sadly, true, today. Even photos do not stop Amalek and his tribe. So we must.
Dear Jews, nothing has changed. We have not learned. Jew hatred is endemic, innate and systemic throughout the world. Most recently it was Nazis, now it is ISLAM. Yes, I said Islam. The Muslim hate for Jews is genocidal.

Recently Israel PM Netanyahu referred to Amalek.
“You must remember what Amalek has done to you, says our Holy Bible. 1 Samuel 15:3 ‘Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass’,” Netanyahu said.
Many responded with shock. How dare the Jewish leader call for genocide? Genocide? Of whom? EVIL: as in Hamas; people who put live babies in an oven, and mutilate and murder a pregnant woman and her unborn child. and laugh.
Should “people” like this live, or worse, be celebrated: on the streets, at universities, in the media?
If King Saul had done what God had asked, would that mean there would be no evil, today?
When will we the Jews, learn that appeasement breeds contempt for us and gives the greenlight to barbarians to attack us?
When will the world wake up and see that evil exists?
